I have 1-year experience as a customer service representative for Uber, and 6 months of experience as email support for FabFitFun, and I believe I am ready to move up to any home-based job position. I am a college graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism at Philippines Women's College of Davao.
During my time at FabFitFun, I was given the responsibility of answering 50 emails using Zendesk for 8 hours. I explained to my supervisor that I would be happy to do so and that I would also work hard to respond to the members for more than 50 emails.
Within six months, I increased our answered email from 50 emails and increased assisted member’s by 75 to 80 emails for 8 hours a day. I’m very proud of that accomplishment. Currently, I just stay at home taking good care of my 2 years old son and decided to find a home-based job so that I can look after my son.
