ABOUT ME

I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than 7 years now handling different line of businesses from Telecommunications to Customer Service. I am currently a Quality Analyst to one of the biggest BPO companies here in the Philippines and abroad. My main role is to evaluate chats of Specialists interacting with customers who are placing an online order for electronics, computers and mobiles phones. I make sure that they follow the quality guidelines set by our offshore client and give them constructive feedback via email discussing what they did good and what needs improvement. Occasionally, I also conduct coaching session to Specialists that need them.
