ABOUT ME

I am an experienced and dedicated Software IT Professional with exposure in Project Management, Jira Administrator, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, Business Developer, Software QA Management and People Management such as building and hiring a Team members, targeting goal, and Team's time monitoring .

I also ensured that the requirements is delivered and act as Project Coordinator and Business Analyst between the Business stakeholder and Internal Team. also responsible to monitor tickets to ensure the Team delivered on timely manner including the tracking of Team's progress in regards to status of tasks and tickets assigned to each members

I am also responsible to ensure the software adhere to client's requirements. Managed a Team consist of Business Users, Developers, QA, Designer and act as liaising officer between different clients and the internal team.

Furthermore, I coordinate with the Business Users to established their requirements and Test planning. and documented them before submitting to Development Team for coding
