• Meet with the client’s technical staff to discuss technical information and features.
• Prepare sketches (2D and 3D) and performs calculations for a detailed segment of a project.
• Evaluate contractor’s bids and drawings to assure compliance of the specifications.
• Provides drawings, rebars cutting list, and Bill of Materials for the execution of the project.
• Ensure that production of drawings, specifications, report’s and analysis meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Participate with the construction personnel concerning constructability issues as related to field conditions, sequencing, and scheduling of construction activities.
