Hi! My name is Rose Ann S. Torres, an experience Project Development Officer II and Health worker on both office and community setting. My previous jobs molded me to be a fast learner, detail oriented, work driven, flexible in work, team player and at the same time a good leader who can work efficiently under pressure.
