I am a results-oriented Customer Service Professional who excels at uncovering customer needs, handling objections and finding solutions. With more than 9 years of cumulative experience of Inbound/Outbound Customer Service, Support as well as Administrative and Clerical skills. I have become a person who is flexible to different roles with different tasks and responsibilities.
