ABOUT ME

I have a solid and well-rounded Human Resource background that include: Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance, Benefits, and HRIS. In my previous position one of my main responsibilities was the management of the company’s HCM software (ADP Workforce Now). Some highlights of my previous position are: Being able to successfully contribute to the company by moving HR department Performance Management and Benefits enrollment processes to the software, therefore reducing the paperwork, and facilitating employee management.
