ABOUT ME

Ciao! My name is Sabrina and I've been working for 4 years now. I started off as a Customer Service Representative for an auto parts company assisting users with their orders and their product inquiry until I decided that I need to study again to pursue my IT career. With that being said, I tried my luck applying for a technical support position for a computer company. This helped me gain more knowledge with hardware troubleshooting in which I am not really good at before. They gave me all the training that I need to ace my game. Because of the trainings that I received from them, I am able to be one of their top technical support representatives by garnering a lot of positive feedback from users/customers. Based on the what the user's feedback, they value not just my knowledge but also on how I assisted them with their concerns. Now that I am an IT for a company, I am able to use both of my customer and technical support experiences from both companies that I've been with to make sure that the users that I will be speaking with will get the best assistance that they can get. Aside from the customer and technical support experiences that I have, I am also blessed to be a part of 2 other teams which taught me how to ensure that the quality is top of the line. Because of being one of the top, I was promoted to be one of the case mentors (ticket management) and quality assurance associate for the computer company that I worked with. As a part of the ticket management team, we are scrubbing the tickets that were created by the technical team so that we can provide them assistance in case the path that they are taking is too far from the correct resolution that they should be giving the users/customers. Aside from that, we are also the one one who are generating all the reports needed by the client in relation to the ticket management. When I was promoted as a part of the quality team, I was trained to carefully listen to the calls received by our technical team to make sure that it matches the standards set by the client. Being a part of the quality team, we were also taught on how to create reports using excel. The reports are being asked by our leads to check the opportunities that are being faced by the agents assigned under our bucket. With these experiences that I have, I know that I am a perfect match for the job that you are offering.
