Responsibilities:
o Processing of Financials
Analyzing the financial statement and updating the bank entries in the client books.
o Inventory Maintenance
Will maintain their inventory which facilitates that provide for periodic inventory audits.
o Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management
Will provide support for department functions with specific responsibility for performing activities related to the accurate processing of authorized invoices, recording, updating and reconciling.
o Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Checking the bank account discrepancies and reconciling the same.
o General Ledger Maintenance
Recording of business transactions, classifying the transactions to legislation, accounting standards and business needs
Maintenance of prepayments and accruals.
Entering purchase, depreciation and disposal of fixed assets.
Recording of payroll related transactions (including calculated and paid payroll, calculated and paid taxes)
Ensuring correct accurate and completed entries.
Preparation of information necessary for business management.
Preparation of financial reports, and analysis of recorded data
