I have an insightful experience of 7 years in Cisco IVR development using Core Java, Rest & SOAP API, and Cisco Finesse gadget development using Javascript. My professional work experience entails,

1. Development of the Cisco IVR application that integrates with CRM systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Mulesoft by consuming their respective web services in Java.

2. Custom gadgets development in Cisco Finesse using Javascript that interacts with CRM systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Mulesoft.

3. Development of payment IVR applications in Java that interact with e-payment systems like Netahsilat, Cybersource, and Wirecard by consuming their respective Rest and SOAP APIs.

4. Development of custom java applications by consuming web services of Verint Systems for updating Contact Centre metadata in the Verint database for future references.

5. Development of IVR applications in Java using Cisco Solution that interacts with backend databases and third party Web-services using REST and SOAP technologies.

6. Development of voice-controlled IVR application in Java that can interact with users through verbal communications. The development is done by consuming APIs of Sestek Speech Enabled Smart Technologies.
