Assembly Drawings and Part Drawings:
• Built ease of assembly/ disassembly in the drawing/engineering, without interference of adjacent parts.
• Incorporated the co-ordinates for the location of sub-assemblies, wherever applicable, in the drawings, and the part, item numbers in the Bill of Materials.
• Provided the lifting/ handling facilities for easy handling of the machine.
• Specified the overall, necessary dimensions and weight of the machine
Bill of Materials:
• Incorporated corresponding assembly drawing no. against which the BOM is generated.
• Specified complete designation of the part with quantity.
• Specified National/International standards to which the materials should conform.
• Specified standard size of stock and material, which is readily obtainable from local dealers
