ABOUT ME

I am currently an international fashion business student studying abroad however I have previous experience with setting up small business's , branding and marketing them efficiently through the use of social media websites .I have a deep interest in marketing and branding as I was previously solely responsible for the social media management of my universities enterprise group . I am proficient in using Microsoft programmes as well as Adobe InDesign , I have some experience working with word press as well .I have over 3 years of customer service experience the last year including speaking directly with customers in order to resolve issues with their service or product whilst up-selling to them .
