ABOUT ME
• I am associated with Masters in CAD/CAM with an experience of 4+ years in the area of Product Design and Development of various Mechanical Components (Casting, Machined, Forging and Sheet Metal) in Aircraft Structures, Automotive and Rail-Transport components, extensive practicality using CAD tools and design techniques for ensuring the manufacturing feasibility. • Proficient experience in design and detailing of primary and secondary aero structures for Boeing 747-8, Boeing KC-135,F-35 and Pathfinder-Bulk Parts and for Collins-Landing Gear project at aircraft location by using loft data. • Design of structural parts and installations using Mylar Hand Drawings (PCM-Photo Copy Master). • Experience in creation Model Based Definition (MBD) using FTA for detailing of aero structural parts. • Proficient experience in design and detailing of Automotive (Sheet Metal and Plastics Entities) using CAD tool CATIA V5 and PLM (ENOVIA tools). • Proficient in CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 modules such as Sketcher, Part Design, Surface Design, Aerospace Sheet Metal Design, Sheet Metal Design, Assembly Design, Drafting, FTA (MBD). • Comprehensive knowledge on installations & detail drawings with fasteners selection as per standards. • Experience in Re-mastering concept. • Develop 3D models of components and assemblies that illustrate design concepts based upon requirements set by the customer and Design input parameters. • Knowledge and application onGD&T based on ASME standards. • Communicate design intent through the proper application of datum's, feature definitions, tolerances, etc. • Perform all drawing and Create Bills of Material (BOM) changes for Engineering Change Notices (ECN). • Experience in Steering system for ZF TRW
