Sayan seemed to struggle with the copywriting element of the project, with many grammatical errors and amendments were required. I have hired Sayan to work on two projects for me. These projects were not necessarily the easiest ones I've had and he worked so well that I have re-hired him for a third project almost right after that, and on which he is actually working. Communicating with him is also very easy. I can only recommend him. In addition, I want to add a special note about that: he verified his identity with Upword when requested to do so. I prefer to work with freelancers who are honest about who they are. So, again, highly recommended!

Sayan is absolutely incredible. He is the definition of a good freelancer. I gave Sayan a pretty difficult and fairly long project related to something he had little experience with. And he was very clear with me from the start that he was not confident about his abilities to complete this specific task. But, I saw something in him. The way he communicated with me, he was someone I absolutely knew I wanted to hire. So I did my absolute best to explain the details to him as thoroughly as possible, hoping that he would accept the job. He finally stated that he would give it a shot and do his best. AND MAN OH MAN, THIS GUY DID HIS BEST. I am blown away by his attention to detail and cooperation. Every time I asked for edits, he fixed it and perfected the document. Not to mention his writing and research abilities are completely flawless. I could not recommend a better freelancer to work with than Sayan. He is an incredible person. I was very pleased with Sayan's work at the rate in which it was charged out at. The grammar was very good for a non native English speaker. I did need to do some editing but at the price it was ok so I was happy. I do recommend this contractor to write English for your project under similar circumstances.

His skills as a freelancer are good but he always underperforms and chooses to work the minimum. In this project we had a 12-15 minimum and we even asked him to try and do 15 and he refused, saying he will only do 12. He will get the minimum work done but at least he will do it good. He's good with communication and he knows how to adhere to a deadline. He would've had a 5 star review had he not underperformed that much.
