I completed my MBA under North South University. I have completed the course on Professional Diploma on Learning and development under STADA-Singapore, Certified KPI Specialist and strategic HR Business Partner (sHRPB) under HCI-USA. I have more than 8 years of experience in different areas of HR, My present position is a Assistant Manager-OD & Training in Confidence Group. Confidence Group is Private owned large Group of companies in Bangladesh with 5500+ employees. I am responsible for Full responsibility for OD, Performance Management, Training, and Succession Planning. Estimated Training needs based on Annual Business Plan for all business offices and plants. More than 800 management and non-management employee I have trained. I also Establish KPI Based Performance Management system, Designed and implemented succession plans for 10 departments, Developed employee retention programs and team-building activities for 300 employees.
