At first, thanks for reviewing my profile. I am professionally a Customer Service Representative. I am a reliable person and always have the willingness and opportunity to work hard! I have been doing customer support related tasks for the last five years, and I am pretty familiar with every aspect of the industry and social media management tools. Over four years of experience in this field, I managed to work with big companies as a customer support manager, Tech Support, Billing and Sales Agent, Supervisor, QA and Team Manager during those times. I can handle most spoken language English properly. Besides, I am a System Engineer, which means I cover all Computer skills requirements (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and also most of the CRM, especially Zendesk, Desk.com, Salesforce.
