ABOUT ME
Having relevant experience of 4 years as Software Test Engineer - Manual Testing, I should say QA / Software Testing is the career path which I have found myself closely associated with. I understand the importance of roles and responsibilities right from understanding the requirement through the software development process and in delivering right product to the customer. Being a QA professional, I’ve faced challenges in the role but have arrived at the solution through my right attitude towards work accommodating problem solving, pressurizing the defects and not the people, root cause analyzing the problem areas to minimize further type of defects, being uncompromisable. Having relevant experience of 5 years in Transcription, I should say Transcription is the career path which I have found myself closely associated with. I understand the importance of roles and responsibilities right from understanding the context of the video/audio, purpose of the video/audio and always involve in research according to it. I have handled transcription files of Biographies, Business Meetings in various industries, Voicemails of Property Management domain.
