ABOUT ME
I have extensive experience in Customer Service Management where I am responsible for elimination of waste projects, increasing productivity, improving organizational flexibility, reducing revenue leakage, and ensuring internal processes are consistently controlled within customer specification.Additionally am responsible for Tracking, Monitoring, Reviewing, Developing and Executing strategies within the Customer Service department that would result to optimum client-centric solutions as well as optimize performance, scalability and revenue growth. My current role requires strong planning and organizational skills coupled with an in-depth analytical approach to problem management. Through the role i have developed strong interpersonal communication and customer assessment skills which I believe will go a long way in making me effective and successful .
