ABOUT ME

I am a highly flexible and self-motivated Administration Professional with over seven years work experience in Project Administrative Support, Client Relationship Management and Office Management having worked in the telecommunications, medical insurance administration and international logistics industries. I have recently been working as a Projects Administrator and Cost Controller where I was tasked with providing administrative support to the Office and remote field teams. I have also been employed in the customer service field since I joined the workforce, beginning as a customer service representative, and working my way up to client service group leader within the international medical insurance industry over the course of six years. I have extensive experience in the management of a large team and can deal with both internal and external customers as needed. I am adept in areas such as general admin support, logistics planning and management, customer service, budgeting and cost control, travel management, database management, email management, calendar management, data entry, web research and task scheduling.
