ABOUT ME

Hi I have an experience of being a customer service representative at one of the biggest internet and phone service. As I changed my company I worked as a Virtual assistant/ Csr this company is a real estate and provides cleaning seevices in this company I also did some data entries, or data collecting projects where we store it in google spreadsheets so basically we take names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses if necessary. And I also do email blasting. This kind of task is literally sending emails to possible clients individually per day as long as the list is not finish. We also do outbound calls to gather correct email address or confirm their correct informations. So all of this were done for almost 3 years.
