I've been in the BPO industry for 7-8 years. I used to be an email support for 4 years and got promoted as a training apprentice. I also handled fraud investigation, social media moderation and general inquiries, customer activations and sales. Currently working with Upwork for two clients, one under social media manager and moderator where I make sure that all comments are answered and moderated. For the other client, I used handle customers asking for their cash backs through the receipts they're uploading. I got promoted into Training lead and handle upskill training, new hire training, refresher training, QA agents and create Knowledge based articles. I know how to use Zendesk and slack as a communication tool. Very well familiar with excel and google documents. I also have an experience teaching English to Japanese students, I am multi-lingual as I can understand, read and write Japanese, Filipino and English. During my stay with Airtasker, I write knowledge base articles and SEO content writing as an experiment.
