• Working on all Atlassian tools JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo etc… and their plugins.
• Upgrade and Migration on same server or to another server, JIRA 4 to 5 to 6 to 7 to 8 with all attachment’s and avatars.
• Single project import from one server to another severs with all data and history.
• Upgrade and Migration on same server or to another server, Confluence server 4 to 5 to 6
• Migration of confluence with all attachment’s and space’s data.
• Upgrade and Migration on same server or to another server, Bitbucket server 4 to 5 to 6
• Migration of Bitbucket with all Git repository and cache data.
• Create and manage, Project, Spaces, Repositories
• Create mid to complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in JIRA
• Create custom dashboards, reports and JQL queries
• Train, guide, and assist end-users in use of JIRA/Confluence.
• Analyze existing JIRA/Confluence based workflows and processes and present suggestions for improvement
• Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation.
• Administer Atlassian products on a day to day basis
• Manage permissions for the Atlassian Tools
