Project Description: KPN Telecom is the incumbent operator in the Netherlands. With more than 10

million customers, KPN Telecom is the market-leading supplier of telecommunications equipment

and services in The Netherlands

Accenture IDC Team is working with KPN to design and implement and maintain CRM suite that

will enable KPN to gain a 360-degree view of its customers across all of its products and channels.

This will enable KPN to deliver to customers the products and services they want, as part of its overall

business strategy to increase revenues. Accenture will help KPN shape and implement the

transformational CRM program leveraging Oracle's Siebel CRM software applications.

Responsibilities:

 Configuring and Installing/server setup for Middleware across different applications.

 Handling incidents and fixing all issues related to Cordys application server.

 Providing improvement techniques for performance test execution on clustered environment

 Performing the logistics process handling.

 Handling deployment requests and hotfixes in Cordys server.

 Responsible for sending Problem Identification report and Status report.
