ABOUT ME

I have been working in the hospitality industry since college. I worked as a Banquet Waiter when I was still a student. I did that for three to four months to finance my graduation fees and tuition as well. As a Banquet Waiter which was my first job I've honed my interpersonal skills. We were trained to deal with different kinds of people. I learned that working as a waiter, your job doesn't stop being a server or someone who would took your plate when you're done eating. You would also be responsible in making conversation with your guest if allowed to do so. You must keep them entertained in a professional way. After graduation I applied as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast food restaurant. I worked for 2 years and 8 months with them and it was a very fruitful experience. During my first year I was assigned to supervised and manage the operations at the graveyard shift. As a solo manager you will be responsible in maintaining the smooth flow of operations and doing several admin tasks which includes making emails, response to some customer complaints which includes resolution, and coaching crews on how to perform well on their job and with their personal life if ever needed. On the succeeding years I was promoted and was given a new assignment which was to handle our delivery operations which requires a lot of communication with our clients/customers doing sales talk and handling complaints. Moreover, our main objective is to meet our daily sales. And in here I was able to innovate few marketing strategies to present during our general meeting.
