Hi, I am into customer support for quite sometime now, with total experience of about 4 years. I have worked for different companies, supporting customer with different queries. I have worked for telecom process, assisting customers in billing issues, I have worked for technical support with Wifi routers and home networking, I have worked for chat support for UK based telecom company, dealing with assisting customers with products sales and services.
In short, all have I done and know in life is customer support.
