I am a customer service representative for last 2 years, I have experience working for the world's largest 4G network as a customer service representative, and now I am working with a two lettered global giant computer manufacturing company. Right now I am providing tech support for it's US and Canada based premium product users. Providing great customer experience and bringing revenue for the company by selling extended warranty and antivirus software was my key to success, looking forward to take the charge of customer experience department of any business which has a vision to become a brand and maintain the brand factor for ever.
