I have fifteen (15) years of experience in Quantity Surveying with MCIOB, ARICS & MQSi memberships out of which seven years in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Currently, I’m working as a Cost Consultant at one of the biggest Project in Bahrain Including Residential towers, Five & Four Star Hotels with Service Apartments, Mall & Infrastructure packages.

Preparation of cost plans, budgetary estimates, procurement procedures, Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying practices from design inception, feasibility study, Preparation of Price break downs, rate analysis, obtain quotations from sub-contractors, evaluation of subcontract quotations, quantity taking off, preparation of Bill of Quantities, preparation of Tender documents, Tender evaluations, Tender negotiations, Tender report, value engineering etc. (Works related to Pre Contracts stage)
• PRE-CONTRACT
Contract administration, Preparation of Contract documents, preparation of Preparation of a monthly internal cost reports, implementation of project cost control procedures, Review Main/sub-contractors interim payment applications, evaluation of claims including Variations, negotiations, Finalization of Provisional & prime cost sums, work on final accounts, Commercial management of constructions etc. (Works Related to Post Contract stage)
