ABOUT ME

Sujit is a veteran in the IT Projects and Services delivery business. He has extensive experience in managing systems integration services delivery projects, both nationally and internationally, with companies like Digital Equipment (DEC, India), CitiBank (Japan), Nexgenix (USA), ITC Infotech, DPS India Ltd., LK Group (Cyprus), etc. and has delivered business critical international projects for DHL (all geographies), Conoco Phillips (Europe), Centrica Plc (UK), Wahda Bank (Libiya) etc., and enterprise software product implementations for many domestic clients like ITC Ltd., INFAR India, Coats India, HLL and many more. Sujit was heading an offshore software services delivery Centre (managing 100 member Software engineers) as the senior management team member of a tier-II IT Company.
In 2010, Sujit had started pursuing entrepreneurship focusing his core strength in program management, systems integration solution consulting, Mobile Application development and ITES services and had exited from the same in 2014 and offering consulting services at individual capacity since then in e-governance, Green City and IT project management.
In his career, Sujit has grown from a Developer/Tech lead to Solution Architect / Pre-sales to Project / Program Manager to head of service delivery organization and acquired a 360 expertise in IT Business execution. Sujit has immensely contributed to process and quality improvement initiatives of his internal and external clients.
Sujit had been a global traveler with immense understanding of diverse cultures which has deepened his understanding of management techniques and having no geographical preference of work.
