• Source a multitude of candidates for consulting / permanent positions. Positions include Consultants, Sr Consultants, Managers, Sr Managers, Managing Directors, etc. Hiring methodologies include phone interviews, reference checks and administration of technical tests.
• Negotiating and extending offers for employment to all suitable candidates who have made it through the screening and interviewing process thus complete the entire full life cycle recruiting process.
