•Overall, 5.5 Years of experience in Design, development manufacturing of Sheet metal and machining components using CatiaV5, UGNX11 for, Aircraft (Fuselage- Front, Center, Vertical and horizontal Stabilizer, Floor Panel).
•Complete conversion of 2D to 3D of structures like a total wing, horizontal stabilizer and fuselage of 747-8 and KC-135 aircraft.
•CATIA modelling of structural parts such as Bulkheads, spars, skin panels, stringers, flaps, Doors and frames installations using Mylar Hand Drawings (PCM-Photo Copy Master).
•Good experience in Model-Based Definition (MBD/HMBD) using CATIA V5 FTA for Detailing of aero structural Parts.
•CARM Modeling for assembly to define Fasteners, Joint Definition such as FIDV & HIDV (Fasteners & Hole installing direction vectors and node of vector for nut plates).
•Experience in UGNX11, Part modelling, Assembly, Surfacing &Drafting
•Data Capturing, Estimation of BOM, Conversion hours and Engineering Effort for development.
•Creating and updating the 3D models and 2D drawings inCatiaV5.
•Knowledge of GD&T.
•Exposure in CATIA V4 TO V5 Conversion.
•Familiar with Remastering of Aircraft & Marine components by using CAD Tools
•Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Used KBE&In-mac tool
•Good experience in Enovia-VPM, PLM, PDM
