ABOUT ME

I have been working as an ERP Functional Consultant & Support Executive(Profile involved providing training to ERP users, prepare user manual/software documentation for newly developed functions, handling phone calls & chat- Singapore & US shift) for IT organizations, so I know how to handle clients with a professional approach. I was involved in testing new functionalities developed in software & reporting bugs in Zendesk, Sugar CRM to the internal teams. I am a quick learner as I have more than 6 years of experience, working on different ERP's / software & giving my best to the organization. Also now I am working as a full-time freelancer so in the future if the project requires more time to be spent then I can take care of that as well.
