• Identifying, Screening, Evaluating the qualified candidates for specific requirement received from the client.
• Sourcing candidates using different job portals like LinkedIn, Career Builder, Monster and The Ladders.
• Maintaining database and generation of reports.
• Posting job requirements on different job portals, like LinkedIn, The Ladders to increase the candidate pool.
• Search for candidates using Boolean strings, Root Word, and Stem Word searches.
• Hands on researching on industries like Computer Software, Information Services, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing & Advertising etc.
• From the Sourcing to reach outs to follow ups and placements.
• Build a strong sourcing support for our clients by providing them a pipeline of candidates.
• I also train new employees with the company’s work process and have also been a mentor to my team mates, providing supervision on their projects.
• Increase company business by making a loyal relationship with the client by timely closure of the project and placement of the candidates.
