ABOUT ME

Job Responsibilities & work activities at aamra netwoks ltd.:
►As an In-charge of Motijheel Zone, I had to take care of the issues.
►Would Monitor all the backbone links of internet and reporting for resolve.
►Would Monitor all the servers of POPs: e.g. Routers, Servers, Switches, BW
server, and other Servers, etc.
►Would monitor all the links of the customers and reporting for resolve.
►Received calls from the clients who are facing in problems over hotline,
email, etc. trying to solve them.
►If the problem is not solved over phone, I make ticket against the concerned
department online. If it requires, I visit the client’s end to solve the problem.
►Would and resolve slow speed of internet visiting to the customers’ end.
►Checked particular computers which are not accessing internet or networks.
►Would configured network wifi routers to the client end to access Internet.
►Checking P2P fiber links and assigning to technicians to repair the cables.
►Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over
the telephone to help and resolve the issues.
►Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving
hardware or software faults;
►Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
►Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties,
if appropriate);
►Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other
professionals.
►As an internet provider, I had to manage and support internet to the event.
Such as Olympic Games, All the events under Football Federation and
Hockey Federation.

Now I have been working as an Asst. In-charge in Support Dept.

The following responsibilities have been being observed.

►Time to time to check new connection entries request and forward to
concerned areas and monitoring upto NC installation completed.
►To contact with clients of previous pending NC entries and update according
to clients’ requirements.
►To contact both sides; customers and our technicians to connect net line
according to requirement time of the clients.
►To receive phone calls and activate NCs with the information of new clients.
►To check and forward both tokens at whatsapp according the requirements of
our field technicians.
►To check support tokens and close after restoring the connectivity by our
field technicians.
►To solve the critical problems of the users which are forwarded to me from
call center.
►To solve problems of the users who arrive to our office. e.g router
configuration.
►To monitor NC requests frequently.
