ABOUT ME

I am currently Sales Administrator and working 5 Years in the company.
See below the works i am handling:

System Used: SAP & AXP


 Handles department for Ophthalmology, ENT, Optical Equipment, Dermatology, Hernia and corresponding department Workshops
 Prepares and makes quotations
 Checking Websites for any Tender Release
 Handles Tenders for above departments
 Create sales order for customer LPOs / approved quotations
 Create Purchase Requisitions to place order to Suppliers
 Place customers Purchase Orders to the Suppliers and Ensures that Equipment/Items will be receive in a timely manner (No shipments hold at customs, process advance payment / LCs to supplier if needed in releasing the shipment)
 Liaising with Staff in other departments and with external
 Handles In-Bound for the Shipments/Items received
 Handles Billing for customer Purchase Order
 Responsible for Insurance Declaration
 Prepares needed documents to release payment from customer
 Handles in providing customer documents for their machine MOH approval
 Coordinate Projects between Departments
 Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving


I also worked as Customer Service for 1 Year:
 Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
 Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
 Maintains customer records by updating account information.
 Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
 Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
 Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
 Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Performed Direct Sales if Customer wants to purchase Online
