ABOUT ME

I have been in customer support and tech assistance for almost 8 years now, I have worked for one of the biggest cable service providers in the US.Assisting customers in understanding their billing and services concerns by reporting and follow ups thru Email and phone. Eventually my hard work paid off, I got promoted as a Junior Supervisor and was assigned to handle new hires for training and development. I am a team player but can work under minimal to no supervision. And I always finish my tasks ahead of time because I don't like being late.
