At Sutherland Global I was given the role as a Customer Service Representative to handle day to day queries that might arise by our valued customers. Over the year I have been able to improve my time management skills. I take pride in conducting myself in a professional manner when representing a company.
I enjoy interacting and getting to know my customers and finding the best solution to fix a problem in the most-timely and efficient manner. I strive to set the correct expectations for my customers to build trust.
