ABOUT ME

Hi , I am Dr. Sushil Kumar, I am an patent attorney and have experience of over 18 years I have worked at top positions of the company and managed lot’s of patent applications from an idea to patent grants. Drafted over 500 patent applications for India and United States, performed various prior searches, worked on infringement opinion also handled pre grant and post oppositions. I have also given training to the examiners of patent office, developed in house ip sales in various companies and educational centers , worked with the inventors on there ideas and guided them to convert them into patentable invention.
