Hi! I'm Trey. I have been in real estate for the past two years and have experience in various fields such as leasing, wholesaling, project management, negotiation, etc.

As a leasing agent, I helped fill vacancies in various apartment buildings by advertising across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Zillow, Apartments.com, and more. Throughout this time, I would keep track of tenants, and potential tenants through a CRM called Appfolio, which helped streamline the application process, the move-in process, and beyond. Through this, I gained a ton of experience with various outreach methods, application screening, apartment advertising, and more.

I then moved on as the company's lead acquisition manager. During this time, I would generate lists and find information on potential leads. I would contact those potential leads through texting, emails, RVMs, and other outreach methods to confirm their contact info. I would then call and negotiate a price with them on liquidating their asset. I would go to each property, calculate various exit strategies, take photos, and more. I would be in each step of the process even after the closing of the property. I would then contact different contractors and begin the renovation process.

From all these experiences, I'm skilled in every aspect of real estate, such as asset evaluation, analysis, lead generation, negotiation, outreach, budgeting, profit evaluation, and much more.

I also am skilled in Lightroom CC and social media management and marketing.
