ABOUT ME

I have worked in Retail management the last 6+ years heavily focusing on customer support/service. I have spent a couple years in restaurant management, and towards the end of my restaurant manager experience I went part-time to work towards a new potion with a start-up company. My most recent position was a Regional manager for a start up company overseeing 5 cities across 3 states. Now that I have a new family I currently transitioned to work in Store management as a customer service manager leading over all departments heavily focusing on customer retention and member training. On my spare time, I am learning web development!
