ABOUT ME

I have been in the BPO industry for almost 3 years now, Working with Telecom service company in the United States. I worked as a customer service representative and as a subject matter expert for T-mobile for more than 2 years. As a customer service representative, we handle and deal with postpaid customers with billings and clarifying charges on their bills, giving them the advice to maximize the benefits and features they are getting for what they paid for and provide the best customer service experience.

And as a subject matter expert, my main role is to assist and train other representatives to make sure that we are providing the best customer service experience.

After that Ive worked as a retention specialist in a company that sells health and beauty products. We deal with multiple customers every day through calls, chats, and emails. As a retention specialist what I do is to make sure we can retain all customer who wants to cancel their order by providing them options and the benefits and features from the product they ordered.
