my degree in Computer Science and also to make further contributions to the organization by fully utilizing my
education and experience.I am an IT professional with 5 years of experience in ICT teaching and Network administration (IGCSE EDEXCEL). I have proven adept at handling user complaints, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, and explaining
network issues in both technical and laymen’s terms.
