About Me

Management Consultant and Research Services Expert
I have more than three years of experience handling complex corporate data and analysis. I worked as a Market Researcher and a Data Analyst for two years before starting a research consulting company. Am currently working with Ultidata Consulting limited as the Director. The firm has a total workforce of 10 employees who are competent in the field of management consultancy and research services. We have successfully completed many projects for our clients and we have what it takes to continue with excellence.
We have a deep understanding of the use of data analysis tools including; SPSS, R, Stata, Excel, and Google Sheets. I have a bachelor's of Science degree in Applied Statistics with IT from Maseno University and a Certificate in Resource Mobilization (proposal writing skills) from Tropical Institute of Sustainable Development.

Online Research.
This involves the collection of information from the internet. Online survey research is much more impactful than the traditional means, considering the ease of access and cost savings they come with. The response rates received for online research are much higher than the others as the respondents are assured that their identity will be protected.
Online surveys, polls, questionnaires, forms, focus groups, are various tools of online research that are vital in gathering information essential for market research.

Literature Review/Desk Research
This involves collecting primary and secondary information from existing sources in order to provide suitable comparative analysis. We achieve this using books, scholarly articles, and any other sources relevant to a particular issue, the area of research, or theory, and by so doing, we provide a description, summary, and critical evaluation of these works in relation to the research problem being investigated.

Data Collection Management
We have a large number of well-trained data collection teams spread across the region. All our field teams’ work under a Team Leader who ensure that quality control is maintained during data collection. Back-checks are carried out at regular intervals to minimize errors. The enumerators are trained to maintain high levels of confidentiality of the data collected. We mainly use digital data collection tools as opposed to the traditional manual questionnaires in data collection.

Data Management and Analysis
We ensure maximum care in data entry, coding, cleaning, and analysis. We use different formats such as ASCII, SPSS, and Quantum etc for data analysis. Transcriptions for Qualitative findings are provided on request. We safely store the clients’ data and does not share it whatsoever unless with approval from the owner.

Reports and Submissions
We provide comprehensive reports of our findings with a specialized type of strategic plan that outlines activities an organization can undertake over specified time frames to achieve stated goals and outcomes to the Management Team.

Where follow-up is required we work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure success. We most often conduct the follow-up during the actual research but sometimes we can conduct it afterward. Follow-up is generally done to increase the overall effectiveness of the research effort.

Monitoring & Evaluation
We have expertise in developing M&E frameworks for monitoring the performance of programs. M&E is about collecting, storing, analyzing and finally transforming data into strategic information so it can be used to make informed decisions about program management and improvement, policy formulation, and advocacy.
