My field of qualification is in Accounts & Finance. I've worked for Careem (Cap services: Dubai Based Company) on their customers and captains account maintenance on online portal for 1.5 years.
• Started work as Backend support exective.
• Worked for account maintaining the Careem Capatin’s accounts and manage the daily transactions.
• Work with senior supervisor to manage large, complex issue projects and provide different suggestions for service improvements.
• Resolve different problems and grasp different fraud of captains.
• Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
I've also work for an medical distributor Company and now I'm working for an Organization - The FEEEL (Pvt) Ltd - Which works on different USAID grants. I'm working as account in this company.
