ABOUT ME
I am a strategy and data enthusiast with a pedigree from IIT Guwahati. I have 5+ years of professional experience majority of which is in Business strategy team of a QSR startup (based out of Saudi Arabia) operating under the brand name Maestro Pizza. I was the part of the core team responsible for scaling Maestro's operations and its achievement of becoming country leader in just 3.5 years of its inception. As a part of Strategy and CEO office team, I worked on cross functional projects of strategic importance with the objective to maximize shareholders' value - Implementation of 30 min guarantee, reducing stock outs, maintaining optimal inventory, rationalizing marketing spends, creating cash flow model, regular business analysis, profitability maximization, Staffing optimization, etc.
Using data to take critical business decision is the integral part of my role.
