ABOUT ME

Tilt of the head, toes on the tips and fingers striving to get hold of one of the dusty tomes which no one reached for is my life in a nutshell. Literature never failed to enrapture me in its astutely laid traps of tightly woven words. As a young reader, I devoured books in abundance.
Currently, I received my International Baccalaureate Diploma with 40 points and a full 7 in English HL. I am going to pursue english writing and literature next year. I am a fervent lover of writing and I write solely out of passion. I write for myself generally but recently I decided to start publishing my work.
I have written an article on “How can teachers make class interesting” which got published in the Mentor magazine which reaches out to 15,000-17,000 readers (April 2018 edition).
A poem called, “The Cloak of Invisibility” was also published in Chimaya Udhgosh, a magazine which is spread across 16 countries.
Moreover, I participated in a 10 days long literature course by oxford which trained me in various aspects of creative writing, confidence, debating, public speaking, etc.
I also won certain trophies in multitudinous contests by All Poetry.
I have also been the head of the editorial team and writer for school magazine which goes to everyone associated with Chinmaya mission.
As an incharge of creative writing team in our school I also regularly updated the school creative writing website with new entries.
When I was the core team member of TEDx event, I got an opportunity to further expound upon my skills by creating a website and providing an ebullient description of our prestigious speakers.
I am in for writing about any topic which appeals to me, especially a topic that makes people think twice and think hard.
