ABOUT ME

I've worked as Systems Analyst for a Guidewire project. My role was in creating and managing projects on JIRA and Confluence instances, along with maintaining the instance's stability on peak hours. My specialisties include delivering efficient and tailored projects in JIRA for tracking a team's performance and time spent. I've maitianed four knowledge spaces on Confluence which displays the team's metrics as required by the business and management. Worked on several POC for Add-ons like Zephyr, Tempo time sheets and so on. Used JIRA CLI to create automated reports for the leadership at their request. Would love to work for a dynamic firm which delivers their best.
