Been a customer service representative voice and non voice for almost 5 years and promoted as a subject matter expert and as an acting supervisor. after couple of months I got promoted as a quality professional monitoring all the calls providing feedback to all agents and identifying the highlight and the lowlight of each call they have taken. sending report on a daily,weekly and monthly basis. Doing coaching to improve the agents performance. I also have an experience as an appointment setter for 6 months and moved to real estate due to throat issue and became a database manager/sales assistant that updates all the previous clients information uploading into a specific tool and using microsoft excel. I also have the experience of taking outbound call in real estate
