Define, architect and implement solutions within the SharePoint/ Office 365 framework

Knowledge of Authentication Providers, Permission Management, Auditing, Workflow Foundation, Central Administration and STSADM.EXE
Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005/2008 is required
Experience with server installation and performance tuning is not required but valued
