I am a Company Secretary in a Management Firm. We do Accounts, Tax, Audit & Secretary. I involved both Accounts and Secretary, Hence I get an overview picture of the accounting flow from preparing to analyzing. Also, I'm working my way to get MIA license in 2 years time.
Basically, we handle more than 1000 companies including Enterprise, Sdn Bhd & Berhad. What i do everyday was explaning to clients about the benefits of incorp a new company and advise them the proper way to submit their personal/ company accounts & tax to comply with the Government Acts.
I do prepare Resolution on any changes for the companies including Transfer of Shares, Loans, Trust Deed etc.... Also, I responsible for submit your company documents to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia by kaunter/online. I do meet clients with my MD & understand what's the solution for clients. Then, I will do the follow up job & make phone calls to make sure the deal is always on.
