• Having 12+ Years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer which includes over 9+ years in Engineering Services industry with experience in Design of Automotive/Energy domain • Expertise in Automotive Benchmarking, Reverse Engineering, Design, Modeling & Detailing using Pro-e/Creo, Unigraphics • Ability to Deliver the Projects with World class Standards.Worked with Top Customers like CATERPILLAR,FORD,HONDA,CNH,SIEMENS etc. • Parametric CAD data derived from high-energy scan, including All mechanical and safety systems, BIW and electrical topology • Full vehicle disassembly with Traditional Teardown and parametric bill of material documentation • Fair knowledge in Ansys to Investigate and analyze design quality and structural integrity of Special Purpose Machines Components by using the Finite Element Method. • Ability to apply CAD and CAE skills effectively to design and evaluate the performance of machine components and Mechanical systems to reduce the number of prototypes required for testing • New Product Design, Continuous Product Improvement, Controlling & its release in Engineering Change Order (ECO) • High end experience in Complex Casting, Sheet metal and Surface models. • Converted more than 400 casting model through Pro-E & Unigraphics in various projects. (Transmission, Engine, Hydraulic components & Hub, Brakes & Suspension System) • In depth knowledge in Top down and Bottom Up design approach in large Assembly Management. • Experienced in Reverse Engineering Projects for a Complete Vehicle • Certified ISO Internal Auditor & Well exposed to ISO 9001 / 27001 process environment. • Complete Special Purpose Machine Design from Basic line sketch to Production Release. Optical Scanning machine,Delta Robot,Paint spraying Machine,Conveyors,Automatic Tagging Machine.
